I noticed this woman on Fellini's faces book cover

According to Fellini's faces book the woman in the pic is GIOVANNA DE VITA

and I've no doubt: this is the same woman we are looking for!

I also see that she has a credited role in FBI - Francesco Bertolazzi investigatore - episode 5: "Labbra serate" (1970). I just checked this episode and I found her!

I got it! Credited as Giovanna Di Vita. Hard to say her role, she appears in a very very few scenes. She could be some prehistoric cavern inhabitant, maybe possessed by the devil, maybe also cannibal (in the 1st cap she's throwing away a huge bone):
