Does anyone know the name of this child actor who plays Stefano Patrizi's character as a child in Murder Obsession (1981)?

The same boy also appears in La nouvelle malle des Indes (1981):

And he plays Tony Musante's son in Notturno (1982):

It looks like our child actor also appears in the TV series Ora zero e dintorni (1980) - in the episode "Lieto fine".
You can see it here on Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BIMB6HFF7hk

Unfortunately, the episode is not complete. It is missing the end with the cast but I am sure this boy is credited in the cast list! Does anyone know if this series is available anywhere???

According to a member of Nocturno it's available only in the market for collectors, a good quality version and another low quality - the one on youtube.

Thanks for the info, Emiliano! Maybe some of the Nocturno members have this and could check the cast list for us??

If not then another option is to check the early 1980s fotoromanzi from Condor. Because this TV series was actually produced by the fotoromanzo publisher Condor Film, and apparently used some of the regular Condor actors.

I tried to ask it http://forum.nocturno.it/index.php?topic=219.45.

It's a terrible shame that it is so impossible to find this TV series Ora zero e dintorni!

However, in a fotoromanzo magazine from 1981 I found this advertisement for the series:

It looks like all of the actors from the series are credited in the ad, and that is a great help! There is particularly one name which is interesting: Stefano Stefanelli. According to the IMDb he plays a child in an episode of the TV series Sam & Sally (1978-80) and also appears in the film Masoch (1980). I know there is a DVD release of Sam & Sally but I don't know about the availability of Masoch. I really need to check and see if he is our boy!!

A dvd of Masoch doesn't exist as far as I know, but it was on tv at least a couple of times in 2007. I have not the movie, but I guess it's not that rare.

You are right! Masoch is not as rare as I thought it was. I was able to find a SATrip and now I'm downloading it, so with some luck I'll be able to identify our boy! *fingers crossed*

Finger crossed absolutely !!
